Refund policy

Returns Policy

  • Returns accepted only for damaged items received in original condition
  • Must report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo/video evidence of damage required
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Return Process

  1. Email customer service 'TBB@TheBundleBowtique.com' with order number and damage evidence
  2. Await return authorization
  3. Ship item back in original packaging
  4. Include return authorization number
  5. Items received without authorization or evidence will be refused

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed hair products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Custom or special orders

We reserve the right to deny returns that don't meet these criteria.

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
